How to enable page smooth scroll?
By default smooth scroll will be disabled in newly installed POFO theme. To enable smooth scroll, please go to WordPress Admin > Appearance > Customize > General Theme Options, Select “ON” in page smooth scroll and click on “Save & Publish” button. See below image for more information.
