Step 1: Go to WordPress Dashboard > Contact > Add New.
Step 2: Enter title and apply form, mail, messages and additional settings. Click on SAVE button and copy contact form shortcode.
Step 3: Go to Pages > Add New and select text mode in HTML Editor and paste copied shortcode here. Now click on Publish/Update button.
