POFO has options not only to add background image in page title area globally but also to set it on single page/post/portfolio level.

Add background image in page title area at page / post / portfolio level
Please follow below simple steps.
Step 1: Go to WordPress Admin > Add/Edit page/post/portfolio
Step 2: Find POFO page / post / portfolio settings > Page Title
Step 3: You can set style and background image option here. See below image for more information.
Note : Title style must have title style 4 / title style 5 / title style 6 / title style 10.
